Automation of municipal property accounting in Donetsk

The basis for the development of the software product "Automation of municipal property accounting in Donetsk " is an order of the Donetsk City Council.
This product allowed the efficient use of staff time and increased productivity.
The purpose of the development is the creation of an automated accounting system for municipal property in Donetsk.
 Tasks that are solved when performing this work:
- analysis of existing information regarding the accounting of municipal property;
- development of database structures for municipal property records;
- the creation of software that allows you to work with databases of communal property and provide information in accordance with existing requests.
The developed software allows you to enter information for all the subjects of communal property in real time, using authentication with a high degree of protection, including the name of the subject and password. Each subject of municipal property can enter only that information which concerns this subject. All entered information is available to Donetsk City Council. Very thanks to Mikhail Goryachev to creating this system very simply and adjustable.

Includes a thermostat in the boiler room and a manager. Thermostat in the boiler room Hardware: The controller is a PC / 104 processor board (2xRS232, LPT, IDE, Ethernet, VGA, keyboard, mouse). ROM - IDE M-Systems 256 Mb flash disk. Sensors - case external temperature sensor (-40:+30°С); contact feed sensor (-5:+100°С), contact sensor of return water (-5:+100°С); Cabinet temperature sensor in the room (-5:+10°C). All sensors are built on thermistors. Analog input - self-made device (4 analog inputs 8kHz -> RS232, galvanic isolation). Discrete output - self-made device (Parallel port -> 8 relays); Power supply, housing, a set of connecting wires. Optionally - a CDMA modem with a directional antenna, a radio modem, a GSM modem, a wired telephone modem. Software : Windows NT 4.0

Successful passing the exam for an international certificate LabVIEW CLD

January 15, 2018 In Russia, the second certification test of NI LabVIEW CLD (out of three) was successfully passed . From Ukraine there is only one passed -  (but it is proved that he works in the USA). There are 17 certified spesialists in Russia. I analysed that almost of them works in industrial enterprises, and only three - in research institutes. In this context, a person from a typical technical university - is an extraordinary event.
